Web & Software

Software built for how you actually operate

Applications, portals, APIs and platforms for the parts of your business that no off-the-shelf product covers, shipped in increments you can use rather than one long silence ending in a reveal.

  • Customer portals

What we build

The software that sits around your core systems

Most businesses do not need a new ERP. They need the handful of things their ERP was never going to do, and those are worth building properly.

  • Business web applications

Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet a department quietly runs on.

  • Customer portals

Ordering, tracking and self-service that reads live from your systems.

  • SaaS products

Multi-tenant platforms from architecture through to deployment.

  • APIs & integrations

The middleware that makes two systems behave like one.

  • Operational dashboards

One view across sales, stock, cash and delivery performance.

  • Legacy modernisation

Moving off software that now costs more to keep than to replace.

How we build

Three commitments that outlast the project

Every development shop says it writes good code. These are the three things you can actually hold us to.

  • 01

    Shipped in increments

You see working software early and often. No six-month silence ending in a reveal nobody recognises.

  • 02

    Boring where it counts

Proven frameworks, typed code and tests around the parts that would hurt to get wrong.

  • 03

    Built to be handed over

Documented, conventional and staffable. You are never locked in to us by obscurity.

Technology

Built with modern technology

The tools we work in day to day. We pick from this set to suit the problem, not the other way round.

How we work

From business challenge to working solution

Five stages, whichever practice you start with. Each one ends in something you can look at and react to.

Stage 01

Discover

Understand business objectives, users, workflows and challenges.

In Odoo ERP: Walk the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles as they run today.

What comes out of it

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Process walkthrough
  • Requirement map
Development FAQ

What clients ask before they commit

Including the question of whether you should build anything at all.

  • We already run Odoo. Why would we build anything custom?

Usually you should not. A good ERP covers the shape of most businesses, and the cheapest software is the software you do not write. Custom work earns its place in two situations: something customer-facing that needs to look and behave like your product rather than an ERP screen, and something genuinely specific to how you compete. If what you want is standard, we will point you back at configuration and save you the build.

  • How long does a project take, and what does it cost?

An internal tool or portal is typically six to twelve weeks; a full product is measured in months and phases. We scope in stages rather than quoting a year of work up front, because the honest answer after discovery is usually different from the one before it. You get a fixed price for the next increment and a shaped estimate for what follows.

  • What happens if we want to take it in-house later?

That is a normal outcome and we build for it. Conventional frameworks, typed code, documented setup and no proprietary layer of ours in the middle. If you hire a team in a year, they should be able to read the repository and continue. Being hard to replace is not how we intend to keep clients.

  • Do you work with our existing codebase?

Yes, and we will tell you honestly what we find. Sometimes the right move is to extend what exists; sometimes a piece is better replaced than repaired. We start with a short assessment so that recommendation is based on your actual code rather than a preference for greenfield work.

  • Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit, in your own repository where possible. Third-party libraries keep their own open-source licences, and we will list anything with a commercial licence before it goes in.
