A configuration change, a process fix or a decision nobody has made yet is often the real answer. Recommending it costs us work in the short term and saves the relationship in the long one.
Scope is discussed before it changes
Requirements move, and that is normal. What is not normal is finding out at invoice time. If something falls outside what we agreed, you hear about it when we notice, with the options.
We do not pad the credentials
Elancros is new. You will not find invented client counts, borrowed logos or awards on this site, because a partner who fabricates the easy things is not one you can trust with the hard ones.
