Odoo, implemented around how you actually work

Implementation, custom development, integration and consulting for Odoo, with the process work done first so the configuration decisions hold up.

Odoo capabilities

Three ways we work with Odoo

Most engagements start in one of these and grow into the others as the system takes on more of the operation.

Odoo Implementation

Implement Odoo around your real processes, covering discovery, configuration, migration, testing, training and go-live.

  • Business process analysis
  • Odoo configuration
  • Module implementation
  • Data migration
  • User training
  • Go-live support

Custom Odoo Development

Extend Odoo when standard functionality genuinely is not enough, with maintainable modules, workflows, reports and integrations.

  • Custom modules
  • Custom workflows
  • Reports
  • Automated actions
  • Third-party integrations
  • Odoo upgrades

ERP Consulting

Fix the process before you automate it. Your ERP should adapt to your business, not force it into someone else's workflow.

  • GAP analysis
  • ERP strategy
  • Workflow redesign
  • Odoo architecture
  • Module selection
  • Transformation roadmap
Odoo ERP

One ERP. Your entire business.

Connect sales, CRM, purchasing, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, projects, HR and more in one integrated business platform.

The core
OdooOne connected platform

CRM

Pipeline, activities and forecasting in one place.

You do not have to switch on everything at once. We start with the modules that carry your core process and grow from there.

Twelve of the apps we implement most often. Odoo ships many more, and the right set depends on how your business actually runs.

Our Odoo approach

We don’t just implement Odoo. We make it work for your business.

Every business has different processes. We first understand how your business operates, then design the right ERP solution around those processes.

The order matters. Configuration decisions made before the process is understood are the ones that get unpicked six months later.

  1. 01ConfigureOdoo set up against real master data and real rules.
  2. 02CustomizeOnly where standard Odoo genuinely cannot carry the process.
  3. 03IntegrateStores, marketplaces, payments, logistics and legacy systems.
  4. 04MigrateHistorical data moved, reconciled and signed off before cutover.
  5. 05TrainThe people who will use it daily, on their own data.
  6. 06OptimizeMeasure, tune and automate further once it is live.

Odoo FAQ

What people ask before starting with Odoo

The questions that decide whether an implementation goes well. Worth asking any partner you talk to, not just us.

  • How long does an Odoo implementation take?

It depends far more on process complexity and data quality than on module count. A focused implementation covering sales, inventory and accounting for a single company typically runs a few months from discovery to go-live; multi-company, manufacturing or heavily customised scopes take longer. We give a phased estimate after discovery, not before it. A number quoted before anyone has looked at your process is a guess.

  • Should we use Odoo Community or Enterprise?

Both are viable and the answer comes out of your module list, not out of a preference. Enterprise adds features such as full accounting in many localisations, studio, and official support; Community can be entirely sufficient where those are not needed. We map your requirements against both and tell you which functionality is actually driving the difference in your case.

  • Can Odoo handle our existing process, or will we have to change it?

Some of both, deliberately. Where your process is a genuine competitive difference we build around it. Where it exists because an old system forced it, adopting the standard Odoo flow is usually cheaper to run and far cheaper to upgrade. Discovery is where we separate the two, and we will tell you which is which rather than quietly customising everything.

  • How do you handle customisation without making upgrades painful?

Customisation goes into separate, versioned modules that extend standard behaviour rather than edits to core. We prefer configuration and automated actions before code, keep overrides narrow and documented, and treat anything that would block a future upgrade as a decision you need to make consciously rather than a detail buried in a commit.

  • Can you integrate Odoo with the systems we already run?

Yes. Storefronts, marketplaces, payment gateways, logistics providers and in-house applications are all common integration targets. The work is usually less about the API and more about agreeing which system owns each piece of data, what happens when a sync fails, and how errors surface to a human. We design that before writing the connector.

  • What about data migration from our current system?

We migrate the master data you need to operate, meaning partners, products, open orders, stock and balances, and archive the rest rather than dragging a decade of noise into a fresh system. Migration runs as repeatable scripted loads against a staging database so it can be rehearsed, checked and re-run, not as a one-shot import on cutover night.

  • What happens after go-live?

The first weeks after go-live are when the most valuable improvements surface, because people are finally using the system on real work. We stay involved for support, tuning, extra automation and training, and can continue on an ongoing basis or hand over cleanly to your team with documentation, whichever you prefer.
